Recently, the students of Santo Niño Regional Catholic School did a project in 3rd and 4th grade to learn more about the history of their Catholic faith. The students were to research a parish around the Archdiocese and create a diorama of the church.
The engineering program at St. Pius X High School thrives on its engineering lab modeled on a sister lab at Stanford University. Key to its success is parent volunteer Max Barela, an equipment technician at Intel.

St. St. Mary’s is located in the heart of Albuquerque and continues the legacy of the Sisters of Charity, the founders our school in 1893. With a history of over 100 years of excellence, St. Mary’s continues their legacy by developing Christ-Centered Catholics, Life-Long Learners and Responsible Citizens.
STEM, a curricular focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, is the latest educational initiative to prepare students for the job market of the 21st century. Religion and Art are included in STEM at Holy Ghost Catholic School (HGCS). To incorporate STREAM into teaching and learning at HGCS, STEMscopes, a STEM curriculum recently developed by Rice University, was adopted in 2016 to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students. Continuing to pursue academic excellence, teachers at HGCS are also working toward STEM Teacher Certification with NISE, the National Institute for STEM Education.
Holy Child is singularly focused on raising saints and scholars, children who love their Catholic faith and love to learn. The curriculum includes Latin, poetry, great literature, science, and a rigorous math program, all of which are in service of the greater goal of exposing the children to the Good, the True, and the Beautiful. Responding to the increasing momentum and excitement of the growth of classical schools across the country meant that the school had outgrown its current facilities.

Annunciation Catholic School offers music to every student, from PreK through 8th grade. Students explore music through movement, singing, listening, playing instruments, literature, and technology. It is through these mediums students can discover the many concepts of music, like structure, texture, timbre, and composition.

The Archdiocese of Santa Fe Office of Catholic Schools held their 2nd Annual Promise for Our Future 5K Run/Walk. They proudly welcomed over 260 participants to the St. Pius X High School Campus for a beautiful morning.
Gonzalez said, “We are faced with decisions every day at which time we can decide to be fully committed, or All In.” He encouraged all at the dinner to commit, to be “All In” for our children and Catholic education.

The 2018/2019 school year marks a new chapter at St. Thomas Aquinas School as it opens its first pre-kindergarten class. In an effort to meet the demands of the St. Thomas Aquinas School and Parish, the school has secured funds to expand its enrollment to include a preschool.
