Queen of Heaven Catholic School is seeking to hire a part-time bookkeeper (16 hours per week). Major responsibilities of the position include: properly accounting for receipts, collections and disbursements; maintaining accurate records for tuition and other fees; learning and managing FACTS (the tuition management and financial assistance online program); managing collection of delinquent accounts; preparing required reports and correspondence; coordinating money counting procedures for major fundraisers and school events; and performing related tasks as requested.
